Welcome to 🌍 Bondayila Travel & Tours. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions, which apply to all travelers booking with us. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the policies below.

💵 1. Deposits

• A $200 deposit is required at booking to secure your reservation. 
• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
   

💵 2. Payment Schedule

• Deposit: $200 at booking (non-refundable) 
• 50% Balance ($1,793.50): Due by December 15, 2025 
• Final Payment: Due in full by March 1, 2026
  👉 Installments may be made at any time, provided the required amounts are paid by the deadlines above. PLEASE NOTE: This Price Does Not Include Airfare
   

🔁 3. Cancellations & Refunds

• On or before December 15, 2025: 50% of all payments made (excluding deposit) refunded. 
• December 16, 2025 – February 28, 2026: 25% of payments made (excluding deposit) refunded. 
• On or after March 1, 2026: No refunds. 
• Refunds processed within 14 business days of a written cancellation request.
   

🛑 4. Missed Payments
Failure to meet the scheduled deadlines may result in automatic cancellation without refund.

✈️ 5. Flights
Airfare is not included in the trip cost. Travelers are responsible for purchasing their own flights.

🧾 6. Travel Requirements

• Yellow Fever Vaccination required for entry (bring your vaccination card). 

         🛂 Visa on Arrival A visa can be obtained upon arrival at Kotoka International

               The current fee is US $250 per person ($200 official fee + $50 airport processing).

• Passport must be valid for 6 months beyond April 8, 2026. 
• Travel Insurance strongly recommended.
