✈️ Flights
Q: Are flights included in the package price?

   A: No. Airfare is not included in the trip cost of $3,587 per traveler.

         Each traveler is responsible for booking their own flights. However, 

         we strongly encourage you to book through our Independent Travel  

         Advisor, Rhonda Jackson (RUN-DA WORLD Travel), who has     

         secured the best group rates. By booking with her, we can better 

         coordinate arrival times so the welcoming committee!

🛂 Visa on Arrival
Q: Do I need a visa to enter Ghana?

A: Yes. Our team will assist you with Visa on Arrival at Kotoka International Airport in Accra.

• The current fee is US $250 per person ($200 official fee + $50 airport processing).
   
• Payment is made directly at the airport in USD cash or Ghana Cedi Equivalent
   

💉 Vaccinations
Q: Do I need vaccinations?

A: Yes. Ghana requires proof of a Yellow Fever Vaccination for entry. Please bring your vaccination card with you.

💵 Payments & Refunds
Q: What is the payment schedule?

      A:  A deposit of $200 (non-refundable) at booking
 

• 50% balance: $1,793.50 due by December 15, 2025
   
• Final balance: due by March 1, 2026

🏨 Hotels & Meals
Q: Are meals included in the package?
A: Yes. Daily breakfast at hotels is included. Special group dinners and events (such as the Akwaaba Welcome Party and Farewell Dinner) are also included. Lunches and other meals are at your own expense.

🛂 Yes!
Q: Will one be spending additional Money?

Plan for optional activities not included in the tour price and budget for meals that might not be covered. Consider having some local currency and using a credit/debit card for other expenses. 

Q: Are payments refundable?

    A: On or before December 15, 2025 → 50% refund (excluding deposit)
 

• Dec 16, 2025 – Feb 28, 2026 → 25% refund (excluding deposit)
   
• On or after March 1, 2026 → No refunds
